Patients
Patients are at the heart of what we do.
At Theolytics, our mission is to improve the lives of people impacted by cancer.
It starts with people
Our Commitment to Patients
Every programme we advance, every study we run, and every partnership we form is driven by the goal of improving the lives of people affected by cancer, starting with ovarian cancer where new treatment options are urgently needed.

Why Ovarian Cancer?
Globally, 347,038 women are diagnosed with cancer of the ovary (ovarian cancer) each year making it the 8th most‑common cancer among women in the world. By 2050, the number of women around the world diagnosed with ovarian cancer will rise to 503,448*.
One in 52 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer in their lifetime, but it often goes undetected until it has reached an advanced stage, making it one of the most challenging cancers to treat.
Despite progress in diagnosis and therapy, many patients still have limited treatment options and women with advanced disease have a poor prognosis. There is a clear need for new treatment options that improve disease outcomes and quality of life for this patient group.

At Theolytics, our research focuses on addressing unmet medical needs through innovative therapeutics designed to target the disease in new and more effective ways and improve outcomes for cancer patients.

Our Approach
We use cutting-edge scientific platforms to develop a new generation of precision cancer treatments.
Our goal is to create therapies that deliver for patients.
Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are essential to determining whether a new treatment is safe and effective.
If you are a patient, caregiver, or clinician interested in learning more about our ongoing or upcoming studies, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare team.
We work closely with clinical investigators, trial centres, and patient advocates to ensure our studies are designed responsibly and transparently. Participation in a clinical trial is always voluntary, and your healthcare provider can help determine whether a study may be suitable for you.
More information about our current Clinical Trials and trial sites can be found on the GOV.UK website.

Our Promise
We are here because of patients and for patients.
By advancing science with care and integrity, we aim to bring forward new treatment options that can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
