Laboratory Manager

Theolytics is an Oxford‑based clinical‑stage biotech developing intravenous oncolytic immunotherapies for solid tumours, led by its Adenovo platform and lead candidate THEO‑260.
We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Laboratory Manager to run our laboratory at ARC Oxford. You will keep the lab safe, compliant and well equipped so that our scientists can focus on our research and development programmes.
The role covers day‑to‑day lab operations, with a particular focus on quality systems that support Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP). It also covers biosafety and health and safety, equipment management, and procurement. You will report to the Head of Site Operations.
We’d like to hear from you if you have a life sciences degree, or equivalent practical experience, and proven laboratory management experience, ideally in biotech or another regulated research environment.
